NowHum never posts, messages anyone, or changes anything on your social accounts. Your AI only sees your own library, never anyone else's.

Disconnect NowHum in your AI's settings and connect it again with the steps above. A connection lasts 90 days, or 30 days if you don't use it; reconnecting is one Allow.
Check that you connected the same NowHum account you DM from. Your AI's answer to “who am I connected as on NowHum?” names the account.
Yes. Connect as many as you like; each one shows on your Account page, under Your AI, and can be removed on its own.
